Service Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: SERVICE ENGINEER  Responsibilities:- Provide troubleshooting and diagnostics, repair, problem-solving and applications support whenever it's required Conduct customer training on equipment operation and maintenance whenever it is needed.
Achieve a high customer satisfaction level through strong after-sales customer management and support.
Maintain good customer relationship and be a Trusted Service Advisor to customer Prepare service reports and provide feedback on technical issues in regard to equipment performance to customers Perform preventive or corrective maintenance contract task for Karcher Professional Range Machines Requirements:- Possess a minimum diploma / degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or a related field.
Min.
3–5 years of working experience in servicing and maintenance of machinery.
Experience in handling cleaning equipment and machines will be an advantage.
Excellent mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Great communications and interpersonal skills.
Able to interact well with customers for troubleshooting.
Positive working attitude and ability to work as a team.
Possess a good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English.
