Service Engineer/Technician

Job Responsibilities:Travel to customer sites to provide on-site service and support, including both scheduled appointments and emergency repairs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize service processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Compile and update the maintenance, spare parts, and other relevant records for the assigned section.
Perform any other engineering-related tasks as deemed necessary or assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/A Level/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Positive working attitude, proactive, initiative, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Proven experience as a service technician/engineer or similar role, preferably in the heavy machinery industry.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as well.
Highly disciplined, responsible, and very duty-bound to ensure that work is done on schedule.
Willingness to travel to various sites for servicing and delivery, including outstation assignments.
Technical training will be provided.
