Service Manager

Descriptions of job duties:Leading and managing the service team, including hiring, training, and performance.
Addressing customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Overseeing the quality of service provided, implementing processes to maintain high standards.
Managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling and coordinating service activities.
Preparing & managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
Developing and implementing service strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Analyzing service metrics and KPI to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensuring the team adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Acting as a liaison between the service department and other departments within the company, as well as external parties.
