Ready to take the lead in driving efficiency and innovation?As our Service Manager, you'll control and oversee the economically optimized delivery of the sold services and ensure productivity and quality of the service engineers. He/she leads the operational team to ensure repair and maintenance of Jungheinrich trucks is done timely and is the escalation point of contact to the customer for commercial and operational topics.

What you'll be doing:
Lead service engineers - technical and disciplinary management, support and assessment of the service engineers
Safeguarding of the required quality of work and occupational safety as well as compliance with process standards
Optimizing the utilization and productivity of the service engineers
Support and advise customers to ensure long-term customer retention and satisfaction
Manage complaints and warranty matters for mobile After Sales
Follow up on AR under dispute due to operational issues
Keep track of KPI, turnover, and profitability of the assigned team
Responsible for any escalation from customers caused by maintenance or repair
Accountable for managing the profitability of Full Services contracts and maintaining the turnover for services performed
Resource management with HOD and HR department
Set KPI targets for team members
What we look for:
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within MHE, heavy equipment, heavy machinery, or a similar industry.
A results-driven, proactive individual with strong process management skills.
Proven experience in leading service engineers and customer services.
Solid technical expertise combined with excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail abilities.
Strong commercial awareness and outstanding communication skills.
Ability to handle complaints and resolve complex situations effectively.
Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
A team player with a flexible, collaborative approach to leadership.
