Job Responsibilities Identify and prospect potential clients for service offerings through effective market research and lead generation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs and requirements. Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling service proposals tailored to client objectives. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client pain points and position our services as solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and tailor presentations to showcase unique selling points. Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets by effectively presenting and selling services. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide insightful information during client interactions and develop sales strategies. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Prepare commercial and technical proposals if necessary. Support for exhibition events if necessary. Frequent visits to customers and potential customers. Prepare monthly forecasts and reports. Constantly update and maintain customer database and sales pipelines. Job Requirements Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a service-oriented environment. Strong understanding of the services offered and ability to articulate their value to potential clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends to make strategic decisions. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable field of study. 2-4 years' experience in sales. Experience in customer service or after sales service will be an added advantage. Good know-how in industrial Automation and Drives. Added now-how in digital services e.g. cloud computing, industrial IoT, digitalization consultancy, etc will be an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Good presentation skills including material preparation. Good persuading and negotiation skills. Ability to self-learn and constantly improve know-how. Heavy travelling and outstation.
