: Your responsibilities: Responsible on taking leverage the existing installed base and identifying and developing sales opportunities for Transformers Service Solutions, driving sales volume and margin goals assigned and establishing long-term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and applicable regulations, responding immediately to issues and demonstrating in-depth technical Service product/solutions knowledge to promote product Life Cycle Management.
Responsible in communicating contract details in accordance with Hitachi Energy offerings and strategy and managing associated administrative Sales processes.
Prepare and review sales plans and proposing recovery actions to ensure all targets are met.
Implement the Service sales strategy, with a focus on penetrating installed base, and promoting various upgrade, retrofit and value add solutions to the benefit of the customer and the organization.
Actively promoting Hitachi Energy Service products and solutions during various marketing activities (trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings) while monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective market intelligence in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Your background: A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent degree in technical competency.
More than 3-8 years of experiences in Sales/Transformers business.
Sound knowledge of services of high voltage equipment (preferred Power Transformer) and the industries and utilities.
Strong network with the utilities (TNB, SESB, SEB) and industries i.e Oil & Gas customers are highly desired.
Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
Knowledge and experiences of Salesforce or equivalent tools will be advantage.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
