Service Support Officer (Csr)

Duties and Responsibilities Process sales order & monitoring/follow up on shipment to ensure timely delivery.Reschedule and cancellation of order based on lead-time and customer requirement.Maintain relationship with customer to provide a good service.Involved in planning and forecasting for production and shipment schedule.Handling of customers' inquiries and feedback.Respond promptly to customers' requirement through effective communication and co-ordination with various internal departments.Any other related projects/duties which not indicated above will be assigned by the superior from time to time.Requirements:- Diploma/ Degree holder or equivalentMin (1) one year of working experiencePrior or Existing experience in Customer Service or buyer in semiconductor industry will be an added advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills, able to work independently, self-motivated with good interpersonal and problem solving skills.Oracle (ERP) System experience is an advantage.Fresh graduate are welcome to applyHow this career will benefit you: Career AdvancementGreat Working EnvironmentEnjoy a fair work-life balanceMedical, Dental, Group Insurance Coverage (Group Hospitalization & Surgical, Group Term Life & Group PA), etcs.Jobs Opening Work Location: -
