Service Technician

Position SummaryProvide efficient after-sales technical services and support, including assembly, PDI, delivery and commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and servicing of equipment and its related parts.**Responsibilities**:- Attend to, with urgency, all service calls and is responsible to provide efficient and reliable scheduled maintenance for all equipment.- Ensure equipment is tested upon completion before handing over to customers.- Ensure high quality technical repairs in accordance to manufacturers' repair standards and guidelines.- Ensure timely completion in handling service contract jobs based on contract agreements, re-works and/or service campaigns as per instructions from principals.- Assemble, deliver and commission equipment at customer sites, and train users on its operation.- Implement and maintain quality management systems in line with Group's policies to ensure compliance with statutory and industrial requirements.Required qualifications- Certification in Agricultural Machine maintenance/ mechanical or electrical engineering- Minimum 2 years in an after-sales service environment.- Experience in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
