Service Technician

Provide efficient after-sales technical services and support, including assembly, PDI, delivery and commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and servicing of equipment and its related parts.


Responsibilities Attend to, with urgency, all service calls and is responsible to provide efficient and reliable scheduled maintenance for all equipment. Ensure equipment is tested upon completion before handing over to customers. Ensure high quality technical repairs in accordance to manufacturers' repair standards and guidelines. Ensure timely completion in handling service contract jobs based on contract agreements, re-works and/or service campaigns as per instructions from principals. Assemble, deliver and commission equipment at customer sites, and train users on its operation. Implement and maintain quality management systems in line with Group's policies to ensure compliance with statutory and industrial requirements. Required qualifications Certification in Agricultural Machine maintenance/ mechanical or electrical engineering Minimum 2 years in an after-sales service environment.
