Service Telemarketer (6 months contract)
Salary:RM4,000
Working time:Normal office hour
Working days:Mon to Fri
Location:Bukit Jelutong
Job ResponsibilitiesIdentifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions/recommendations.
Keeping records of all customer conversations on the CRM database, including updating iBase data/equipment list via Phone, in-situ, and Email.
Updating the database on product phased-out information to drive OPRI.
Identifying any upgrade or replenishment potential for existing iBase and distributing the lead figure to the right division.
Assisting and updating schedule confirmation with customers on service execution.
Mandatory QualificationsDegree or Diploma in business or engineering.
Able to read and communicate in English and Malay.
Minimum 1 year working experience in telemarketing or schedule and dispatch background.
Good interpersonal and phone skills.
Fresh graduates with a customer-oriented personality are encouraged to apply.
