We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on our ServiceNow platform, focusing on Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and Customer Service Management (CSM). The role involves collaborating with a small team of experts to enhance platform functionality, streamline processes, and integrate with key business systems for order fulfillment, service delivery, and billing. Responsibilities:
Design and implement fit-for-purpose solutions on ServiceNow.
Follow best practices for platform development and continuously improve team performance.
Collaborate across teams to meet deadlines and align platform design with business goals.
Analyze stakeholder requirements and refine processes.
Test, document, and manage data transformation between platforms.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems.
Demonstrate ServiceNow modules to potential customers and users.
Engage in continuous professional development.
What we are looking for:
2+ years in ServiceNow configuration and development.
Proficiency in web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
Knowledge of integrations using web services (SOAP, email, plugins).
Experience in SPM and CSM development, domain separation, and custom portals.
Familiarity with ACL configuration, NPS survey development, inbound actions, and notifications.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) – Required
Certified Application Developer (CAD) & Micro Certifications – Desirable
Passion for problem-solving with simple solutions.
Analytical mindset, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
