Job Description Promote ServiceNow internally to sales and delivery teams to drive growth. Be the go to person for ServiceNow Architecture. You should have a deep understanding of services offered on ServiceNow platforms and understand how to use them together to build complex solutions. Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of ServiceNow and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment. Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the solutions architect community. kBuild deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be ServiceNow advocates.
Your role as a leader: Understand the goals of the company, align our people to these objectives by setting clear priorities and direction by establishing a positive relationship with a senior stakeholders. Influence teams, and individuals positively. Lead by example and provide equal opportunity for people to grow, develop and succeed. Delivers exceptional client service. The Successful Applicant * 8+ years' experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform
* Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting
* Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues
* Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours and environment
Certifications:
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
