Essential Responsibilities •Own the success of Ultrasound Service Contract (MSA) portfolio
-Monitor and communicate key metrics, influencing countries to strive for improvement (eg in Contract capture rate, profitability, installed based growth trends etc)
-Collaborate with country sales team to enforce sales rigor relating to contract renewal, winback and upsell drive
-Partner with Channel Partners and drive the growth in MSA portfolio via new offerings to fit the market needs
-Collaborate with Inside Sales Program Manager to drive towards alternative, more efficient way of contract renewal, conversion and winback
-Collaborate with Modality stakeholders to drive healthy attachment rates at point-of-sale
-Own activities such as market opportunity prioritization, opportunity mining, market/competitive analysis and win/loss tracking
•New Service Introduction
-Plan the launch of new service offerings and solution, manage the cross-functional and wing-to-wing roll-out of the plan
-Lead new business initiatives - provide ASEAN input, develop business case justification for new service offerings and/or upgrades from concept stage, to test/prototype, launch planning and roll-out. This will be done in conjunction with collaboration with Global teams, modality, commercial excellence and commercial operation team
-Responsible for ensuring country and channel commercial teams have the right tools and training to sell
-Interface with Global and regional counterparts to share and gain best practices, adapting training material, brochures and other sales tools to local market needs as necessary
-Conceptualize and launch demand generation programs

Role Summary/Purpose
The role will be responsible for driving growth and increasing service share of wallet. He/she will lead product positioning, market segmentation, new offerings development and launch, as well as installed base marketing. To be successful in the role, he/she should demonstrate an ability to identify market trends and customer needs, as well as possess a track record in leading demand generation and funnel acceleration activities. The role reports to the ASEAN CCS Service Segment Leader.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
-5+ years' experience in marketing, product or service marketing or related field
-Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing

-Excellent oral and written communications skills
-Strong analytical and process skills
-Prior ultrasound experience is desired
