The SuccessFactors Solution Architect is expected to have a deep understanding of and is responsible for providing expertise in multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, primarily in EC/ONB/Compensation Planning/SCDP/PMGM/LMS (minimum of at least 2 module experience needed). He/she is responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP solutions that meet business requirements.
The role requires a well-versed individual in multiple areas of SAP, with business knowledge to understand customer needs and project goals, a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the company's products and services, and knowledge of how these products fit into the broader picture of streamlining business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple full life cycle SAP implementations, as well as a deep understanding of SAP technology. They will deliver tangible, sustainable, effective, and quality SAP SuccessFactors-related business solutions for new implementations, ongoing customer support, and implementation of additional functionality, with experience in integration into other modules.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Translate business requirements into system configuration and create solution design for SAP SuccessFactors modules in compliance with best practices.
Design, implement, and maintain SAP solutions that support business processes.
Provide consulting services to clients efficiently and effectively, based on technical expertise and experience.
Subject matter expert with depth of understanding and ability to implement SAP SuccessFactors EC/ONB/Compensation Planning/SCDP/PMGM/LMS modules.
Collaborate with project manager, SuccessFactors module leads, configuration, and development teams to design the best solution for the client.
Deliver workable solutions with primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration with other SuccessFactors modules to meet clients' business requirements.
Carry out all phases of the project: Prepare, Explore, Realise (including configuration and testing), and Deploy (including data migration and data management activities in SF), as well as transition to Support.
Adhere to corporate standards, security guidelines, and sustainability, and deliver within time constraints.
Evaluate project solution constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and propose solutions.
Identify sales opportunities at existing customers and communicate internally to management team. Support presales effort as needed in response to proposals, and conduct demonstrations and presentations.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues.
Keep abreast of the latest SAP technologies and solutions.
Key Performance Measures (KPM)
Ability to define solutions to meet customer requirements.
Strong demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
Established experience working on customer sites managing and delivering quality technical services against formal service levels and timeframes.
Capability in establishing and maintaining good and effective relationships with clients and working collaboratively with a diversity of stakeholder groups and individuals.
Ability to provide leadership and mentoring.
Active contribution to NTT DATA Business Solutions Knowledge Database/Intranet.
Qualification, Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Bachelor of Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering, or Master of Computer Science/Business Administration (MBA, preferably in HR).
Must be certified in Intro to Mastery/SF HCM Academy and possess SAP SF Certificate.
Hold valid certification in at least 2-3 core SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment Management, and Onboarding with deep knowledge.
In-depth knowledge in other SF modules such as PMGM, LMS, Compensation, etc., will be an added value.
Sound industry experience of 8-10 years including at least 5 or more end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations in multiple modules.
