Minimum Requirements:
Degree holder in Engineering/Manufacturing
At least 15 years & above relevant experiences if non-degree holder
Sheet Metal and/or structural steel fabrication experience
Well versed with OTD, zero defect, cycle count, capacity planning, OT management
Strong knowledge of laser cut, bending, tapping, clinching, and welding processes.
Job Functions:
Lead SM Frontend & Backend process as well as PC for all related matters.
Manage career growth & development of subordinates.
Continuous improvement with LEAN, Six Sigma, or other related tools for cost saving, productivity, and better yield.
Demonstrate consistent drive towards a safe working environment.
Floor inventory & scrap management, physical vs system.
Responsible for effective & efficient planning with the integrated planning department.
