JR58239 Shift IPPC / Scheduler
As a Shift IPPC / Scheduler, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing team, helping us to meet our volume and product targets.
Responsibilities:
Track and monitor WIP receiving, input, and production status on a weekly basis.
Collaborate with Site Manufacturing to effectively manage hot lot, Slow Moving, Aged Inventory, and Hold Inventory, optimizing our inventory levels.
Conduct daily reviews of production status and output plans to meet our daily and weekly production goals.
Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in meeting volume and product targets, adhering to IPPC plans and machine setups.
Lead the manufacturing team to meet performance goals, including Cycle Time, MLT, OTD, and Line Pass.
Provide regular reporting on production activities.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Management or Supply Chain.
At least 2 years of experience in supervision, production planning, and supply chain.
Proficiency in Excel.
Able to work on shifts.
Comfortable working in a production environment.
