Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
CNC Programming:Generate efficient programs for CNC Milling.
Scheduling and Planning:Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets and customer demands.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the availability of materials and resources.
Team Management:Supervise and monitor the activities of production operators.
Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure that staff performs their duties efficiently and safely.
Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from production plans.
Efficiency Improvement:Identify opportunities to improve production processes and workflows.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and other efficiency-enhancing techniques to optimize production operations.
Quality Assurance:Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
Conduct regular quality checks and implement quality control procedures to minimize defects and rework.
Safety Management:Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Resource Management:Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize production efficiency.
Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production reports, operator performance, and quality metrics.
Prepare and present reports to senior management as required.
Continuous Improvement:Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging staff to identify and suggest improvements to production processes.
Lead and participate in improvement projects and initiatives.
