Shift ManagerThe Shift Manager serves as a role model and expert to team members on emart24 convenience store standards.
To support the business' success by creating and establishing the flow of Team Member Training, ensure all new members complete training plans within the specified time during employment.
Perform and follow up on team members' assigned workstation duties to ensure quality products and service are delivered following the company's standard operating procedures.

Duties
Provide quality products to our customers by ensuring each delivered product meets the emart24 standards and accurately reflects the customers' orders.
Execute administrative and cash management duties.
Ensure team members' complete understanding of all aspects of the learning journey.
With Manager, schedule and plan cross-training schedules to complete all modules.
Provide feedback and follow up to confirm understanding of emart24 Standards and Procedures.
Monitor performance of new team members and consistently provide feedback to management team to assist in their learning journey.
Effectively and consistently utilise all company communications channels i.e.
email, operations bulletin, logbook to keep team members updated on all matters.
