Import/Export & Customs (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Ensure Smooth Shipment Operations:Coordinate shipments, monitor schedules, and follow up on delivery to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Prepare and Process Shipments:Prepare billings, verify invoicing, and handle import/export documentations to facilitate seamless shipment processes.
Maintain Accurate Records:File and update schedules, scan shipping documents, and perform general shipping functions including data entries to maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with Stakeholders:Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure effective communication and resolution of shipment-related issues.
Solve Unsolved Shipment Matters:Work with forwarded parties to resolve any unsolved shipment matters and ensure timely resolution of issues.
