ResponsibilitiesPrepare DO & Invoice and daily related documents
Coordinate with transporter on booking container based on delivery schedule
Liaise with forwarder and forwarding agent for shipment booking and shipping documentation
Issue export documents and update shipment schedule
Work closely with production department to ensure smooth order processing until the goods delivery
Perform various administrative duties such as filing and data entry
Any other tasks & duties assigned by the Superior.
