Shipping Cum Hr Assistant

Job Responsibilities:Assist superior in executing and handling export shipments.
Plan and coordinate the shipment of goods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
Liaise with forwarders on the shipment booking and arrangement.
Prepare/generate shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other paperwork related to logistics operations.
Apply Sirim and CA with MITI.
Liaise with MOH for related approval and other related parties.
Liaise with customs department for smooth customs clearance.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to shipping.
Maintain records, including filing K1, K2, shipping documents, tracking information, and proof of delivery.
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior/manager.
Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher in any field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling shipping documentation (export) or HR.
Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties.
