Shipping Executive

Import/Export & Customs (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Familiar with local import and export policies.
Responsible for the monitoring of daily operation of shipping activities and operational functions.
Provide accounting department with proper and correct billing information.
Process orders using SAP system.
Data entry, tracking and record-keeping in a sales-related environment.
Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of shipment documents.
Provide support on delivery schedules and monthly reports.
Assist in following-up on issues and complaints.
Work closely with business managers to ensure all customer requirements are well-coordinated.
Track, trace and monitor all overseas orders and ensure proper movements and delivery of cargo.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by business managers.
Job Requirements:
Degree / Diploma with a minimum of 5 years related working experience, preferably in manufacturing industries.
Preferably with experience in customer liaison, export and shipping administration, documentation, and preparation of reports.
Good team player and able to work under minimal supervision with a sense of urgency.
Computer literacy and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Good track record of responsibility, resourceful and able to work independently.
