Shipping Executive

**Shipping Executive- JB****Principal duties**- Coordinate with custom, operation, production on custom approval- Liaise with respective forwarder for weekly submission of custom declaration document- Obtain custom exemption on dutiable goods for all import shipment- Obtain approval for sub-con activity, sales of machinery and scrap, sale of finished goods, repair work, return to vendor and return merchandise authorization.- Ensure accuracy in the declaration of custom document against the shipping documents.- Ensure proper filling, record and control on custom declaration document for stipulated period.- Liaise with custom and any local government to ensure formalities, rules and regulation is observed in relation to the import and export of the shipment within Malaysia**2.Submission of report**- Prepare monthly report/renewal/yearly for all incoming and outgoing activities.**3.Inventory control**- Compile and control custom machinery inventory report**Requirements**:- At least Diploma or equivalent and have 4 year of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.- Pleasant character, resourceful & able to work with sincerity on own initiative.- Able to work under challenging and fast- paced environment.- Responsible and able to work independently under pressure.**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
