Shipping Executive

Provide instructions and liaise with respective receiving terminals on incoming / outgoing shipments.- Compile costs pertaining to each incoming / outgoing shipment along the supply chain (Surveyors, testing, tank charges, transporter, etc).- Compare and keep track of the charges between various service providers along the supply chain where possible.- Assist in providing the supporting documents for invoice processing relating to the supply chain services (Surveyors, testing, tank charges, etc).- Organize and file documents accordingly (Upkeep of shipments file, costing file, etc).- MPOB reporting for exports and imports (For each respective contract for each shipment).- Liaise and communicate with Customs, MPOB and other government bodies when necessary.- Update on cargo movement using the weighbridge system.- Duty drawback incoming and export cargo matter with Johor Custom office.- Other ad hoc duties passed down from superior from time to time.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,522.38 - RM3,784.24 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusExpected Start Date: 06/01/2024
