Shipping Executive

Job DescriptionsPlan and coordinate the shipment of import and export, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Work with carriers, freight forwarders and other logistics service providers to coordinate the transportation of goods.Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and other paperwork related to logistics operations.Maintain accurate records of shipments including tracking information and proof of delivery.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to shipping and transportation.Provide customer service support related to shipping including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.Work with other departments including production, sales, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.Responsible for all import and export documentation and the preparation of full set of shipping documents for bank negotiation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificate of origins etc.  Requirements: -
• Bachelor Degree in Shipping / Logistic / Supply Chain or others equivalent or Diploma in related field with 2 – 5 years of relevant experience.
• Required language(s): Preferably Mandarin Speaking, Bahasa Malaysia & English 
• Good learning attitude.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• True team player and outgoing personality.  
• Priority given to those who have own transportation and willing to travel
