Key Responsibilities:Handle and prepare all relevant shipping documents (Invoices, Packing list, Custom Forms, Bill of Landing, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
to ensure compliance with local and overseas shipment requirements and avoid delays in shipping operations.
Liaise and communicate with relevant parties to organize and follow up on the shipment progress and status to ensure shipment arrangements are within schedule and avoid delays.
Responsible for handling and following up on legalization changes of shipment requirements to ensure compliance with rules and regulations and avoid increased expenses.
Liaise and organize the sampling of products as per schedule with KKM for laboratory testing to ensure products meet KKM export specifications.
Support and coordinate to resolve issues related to shipping and overseas customers or suppliers to ensure uninterrupted shipment operations.
Other duties as deemed necessary.
