Qualifications & experience Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in Logistic and Shipping (Mainly in Manufacturing Industry) MUST have experience and understand with LMW import and export regulation and operating procedures. Have knowledge in MS Office and Excel Have knowledge in Auto Count Accounting software will be advantage Language Proficiency in English and Bahasa Education : Minimum Diploma in any course Tasks & responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate deliveries by coordinating shipping processes. Work with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to improve shipping documents. Handle shipping operations, including planning and ensuring compliance with regulations. Book shipments and confirm schedules based on company needs. Communicate with customs and freight forwarders regarding import/export paperwork. Submit and monitor paperwork for customs and other government agencies.
