Shipping Executive

**Job Description(s)**:- Accountable for all export and import custom documentation, transportation and freight for export and import shipment.- Work closely with internal parties, customers, freight forwarder to ensure smooth shipment progress and on time delivery.- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistic systems, import & export procedures.- Monitoring of import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.- Knowledge of LMW process, regulation, and related custom report.- Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) shipment & documentation for submission to bank.**Job Requirement**:- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or similar preferred.- Min 8 years working experience is required.- Experience in using ERP system and preparing shipments.- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written & spoken)- Excellent coordination and organization skills and able to multi-task- Positive attitude, detail oriented and meticulous person.- Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
