Shipping & Logistic Coordinator Executive/Assistant

Job Responsibilities: Handle and coordinate all procedures and documentation pertaining to import and export shipments, including liaising with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs. Optimise customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth. Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions. Keep in touch with industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement. Maintain resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities. Job Requirements: Possess at least a SPM/O-level or higher qualification. Preferably with customer service experience in logistics services. Must be computer literate and possess good communication skills.
