Shipping & Logistics Executive

To plan and execute daily Operation and activities as per shipment schedule and marketing request- To deploy resources and allocated to meet operational demand, responds to business and management concern- To liaise with Production /QC / Marketing to ensure the product is ready for shipment- To keep record and update SAP system on related jobs assignment- To process, verify and / or approve logistics documents, bills, invoice for its validity- To communicate with all related stakeholders and customers (internal / external ) to ensure business operation function smoothly and sustainably**Job Requirements**:- Diploma/ Degree holder in Logistic, Warehouse or related qualifications- Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics from a manufacturing environment, or in related industries- Mature - preferable age of 30 years and above- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. A credit for mathematics is required- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good integrity and ability to work independently with minimum supervision- Possess a strong analytical mind, capable of planning, strategizing, problem-solving and leading others
