(Subject to individual performance)Free parking providedWhat you need to do:Keeping necessary License in orderManage and keep track of theLicensed Manufacturing Warehouse (L.M.W)License's expiration date and Bon Am.Candidatemust know all the LMW custom exemption application process.Well knowledge of the LMW import & export process (e.g., cbm calculation, Atiga application & cost analysis, COO application, etc.
).Superviseapplication for any changes of building structureto the Royal Custom.Supervise monitoringsubmission of the Monthly Custom Report.Coordinaterenewal Certificate of Origin (CO) FMM.Coordinaterenewal of MITI form D membership.Import – By Sea / AirSuperviseincoming import shipmentsthat arrive at Port Klang, KLIA, and by courier service.Address any issues with invoicing, BL, or Exemption.ExportManagemonitoring shipmentandstock movement by Transferschedule and system.Coordinatecustomer requeststo the Quality Assurance Department and Engineering Research Department.PlanningPrepare aplan for yearly group budgetexpenses twice a year.Prepare for thestaff's skill maps and group targetactivities.Prepare aplan for the cost management review- cost reduction.Perform yearly Audits for forwarders and visit customers for discussion if necessary.Claim Damage / Cargo DiscrepanciesHandleclaims towards Marine insuranceif there is any discrepancy or accident.What we need from you:Minimum 3 years'experience in Shipping & Customs.English language skills are required.Prefer candidates working at the manufacturing shipping sectioninstead of a logistics company.Candidatemust know all the LMW custom exemption application process.Well knowledge of the LMW import & export process(e.g., cbm calculation, Atiga application & cost analysis, COO application, etc.
