Shipping Officer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate Invoice (INV) and Packing List (PL) for direct shipments to third-country destinations, including Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand, and India.
Check, compile, and verify all shipping documents for accuracy before sending them to customers.
Update shipments' ready dates in the system and ensure accurate tracking.
Submit booking requests for exports and liaise with service providers for container logistics.
Manage requests for empty containers and laden collections for export shipments.
Prepare invoices for local sales (including feed mill, Mega Sales, and Staff Sales), PW Singapore and Magri shipments.
Collect, safe-keep, and distribute container seals as required.
Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) for office supplies and stationary needs.
Check and verify invoices from forwarding agents for accuracy and compliance.
Print and manage invoices from Penang Port.
Support any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least 1 year experience in a similar position or equivalent.
Knowledge in using Microsoft Office.
Familiar with Incoterms and International Shipping terms.
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
