Shipping Officer (Lmw)

Your Roles .
Monitor customer forecasts, orders and deliveries to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate shipments with planner and subcontractor to meet deadlines.
Oversee local, import/export shipping and arrange transportation.
Review freight costs and negotiate with forwarders.
Manage customs applications, including LMW renewals.
Address customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
Mentor new staff and ensure accurate reporting.
Generate sales reports and audit inventory monthly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and 5S standards.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in shipping within a manufacturing environment.
Having LMW renewal experience would be an advantage, as the role requires occasional travel to customs.
Background or studies in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related industry field is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant studies are also encouraged to apply.
