Shop Assistant

1. Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.2. Opening and closing of store - employees to take turns to execute;3. First aid service (training provided) - understand and perform the use of first aid equipment if necessary;4. Product and facilities introduction - explain the product and services effect (include close sales);5. Operate and perform quantum measuring instruments diagnose services (training provided);6. Consultation - understand health, product and facilities knowledge;7. Monitoring appointments - scheduling the appointment process and adhoc visitors;8. Customer Satisfaction service - Interaction with customers and follow up member feedback;9. Fill in information in system;10. Keep store clean, tidy and sterilized - restroom, changing room and shower room;11. Responsible in office maintenance and utilities saving; and12.
