KLC Language Centre is looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team and play a key role in the smooth operation of our center.**Position**: Shop Assistant**Location**: Mutiara Mas**Type**: Full time**Responsibilities**:- Assist in the management of the center's daily operations, focusing on class arrangements, including postponed classes and tracking student attendance.- Collect student fees, provide receipts, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.- Address student inquiries and provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall student experience.- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a positive and organized learning environment.**Qualifications**:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.- Customer service-oriented mindset.**Requirements**:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Malay (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)Expected Start Date: 11/21/2023
