Responsibilities:Handle shop operation related complaints and emergency properly.
Maintain sufficient & accurate stock level in the shop for our Amway business owners.
Promote & maintain security – shop facility, stock & personal safety.
Ensure the submission of daily Cash Sales Summary (CSS) on time and accurately.
Gather feedbacks from ABO and leaders to improve the operation and customer service.
Maintain good relationship with vendors and external organizations - bank, police office, security etc.
Coach, motivate and train staff to maintain good customer service at all times.
Ensure the facilities within the shop are in good condition through diligent monitoring & providing systematic maintenance.
Conduct monthly self-audit in the shop to ensure full compliance at all times.
Regular check on cashiering, payment collection, SA88 input, PRS information input.
Ensure full compliance with statutory/government bodies & observe rule of law when conducting business, may it be licensing/regulatory or safety requirement.
