You will be accountable for setting, planning, and ensuring execution of sales strategy within the SI channel and the assigned key account, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for our product business in a profitable way. Key KPIs you will be responsible for are order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will proactively lead, develop, and coach the sales organization to exceed the sales targets through high performance. The work model for the role is: #hybrid. This role contributes to Electrification Smart Power and Smart Building Division in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will be mainly accountable for:
Anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and taking appropriate remedial actions, proactively.
Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determining plans for implementation, and allocating required resources.
Planning and executing customer surveys and acting on the survey results to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Participating in the negotiation of key contracts.Qualifications for the role:Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration field or equivalent.
Overall 8 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of commercial leadership experience in large, complex, fast-paced, matrixed, innovative industrial organizations, with direct management of large sales and marketing teams preferably in system business.
Experience in Low Voltage Solutions (Breakers & enclosures, control products, Din Rail, Wiring Accessories) - EV charger, UPS, LV Switchgear will be an added advantage.
Excellent leadership and people development/management skills, relevant and successful change management experience.
Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of marketing and sales strategy.
