Sinter Plant Attendant

**Introduction**:The incumbent is responsible to assist in the entire Sinter Plant activities, including raw material mixture/batching, pelletizing process and sinter ladle management.The incumbent shall be on a shift basis, ensuring the operation run smooth with safe operation to achieve the desired outputs including the following;- Safety management - Follow and suggest improvements on safe operating procedures and standards and conduct housekeeping activities throughout the sinter plant and its auxiliary processes/equipment.- Process management - Understanding, problem-solving and taking corrective action on process/equipment deviations. (Raw Material Batching, Pelletizing, Sintering and Shutdown activities).- Ad-hoc activities - Support the production process through conducting ad-hoc activities, as required.- Collaboration & Communication - Effectively and clearly communicate and collaborate with own team and Supervisor.**Requirement**:- Minimum qualification of Diploma in any Engineering field.- Working experience within a production/manufacturing environment will be advantages.Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bintulu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Location**:- Bintulu (required)Application Deadline: 05/31/2024
