Details of the offer

Job Responsibilities:  To assist all administrative activities of the project site.  Handle Foreign Workers' Time Attendance and Leaves related matters.  Preparing Material Requisition when require.  To prepare staffs & workers monthly attendance to HQ.  Mapping invoices with PO & DO before forwarding to HQ A/C Dept for payment process.  Maintain up-to-date purchasing records and files for quick retrieval.  Monitoring worker attendance and educating site workers on daily site operations. To handle and resolve client's complaints and site logistic issues. To assist, instruct and advise contractors on site, quality control, and the interpretation of contract documents.  Monitor work progress to ensure project is completed timely. To regularly report to relevant superiors on the progress works and issues encountered.  To keep all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect of the progress works.  Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and/or the Management.  Requirements:   At least 2 years of working experience as administrator or site clerk.  Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply. Required language(s): Mandarin(MUST), English, Bahasa Malaysia Proficiency in MS Office. Good administration skill.  Able to work independently, adapt to project site environment.  Has good discipline and punctuality.    Possess own transport & laptop.
