PEMBINAAN SUCHEN SDN BHD – Kota Bharu, Kelantan
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Site Clerk to support site operations through efficient administration, office coordination, and basic accounting tasks. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth flow of documentation, resources, and financial tracking at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks, including document control, correspondence, and filing.
Provide office support by coordinating supplies, schedules, and resources.
Assist with maintaining site records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Handle simple accounting tasks, such as tracking expenses, preparing invoices, and updating financial records.
Act as a point of contact for on-site staff regarding administrative and office-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administration or office support is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of accounting practices and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, accounting tools).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
