Site Clerkassists in the daily administrative operations at construction or work sites.
This role supports the site manager and other team members by ensuring that documents, records, and supplies are well-organized and efficiently managed.
Site Clerk plays a key role in maintaining smooth site operations through documentation and general office support.Key Responsibilities:Document Management:Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining site-related documents (e.g., permits, contracts, plans, and reports).Ensure documents are easily accessible to site staff and contractors.Record Keeping:Help maintain daily logs of site activities, including attendance, work progress, and materials used.Assist in tracking delivery schedules and keeping records of materials and equipment on-site.Communication Support:Support communication between the site team and the office, ensuring that messages, reports, and updates are shared promptly.Help prepare and distribute daily or weekly site reports to management.Basic Administrative Tasks:Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, as directed by site managers or supervisors.Site Coordination:Help coordinate appointments, meetings, and site visits for managers, contractors, and suppliers.Ensure that health and safety documents are available and up to date.Job Requirements:Minimum SPM (Secondary School) qualification.Additional certificate in office administration, construction, or a related field is an advantage.No prior experience required; fresh graduates or those with minimal experience are welcome.Experience in office or administrative work is a bonus.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Good command in both written and spoken language i.e Bahasa Malaysia and English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
