Site Document Controller

Job Description:- Able to co-ordinate multi-disciplinary works within a project including handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality system implementation in C&S and / or M&E works.- Liaison with the Client and Consultant on Project matters.- To Co-ordinate with Project Manager and Site Engineer to keep track on variation order and claims of contract as well as cost impact feedback information.- Co-ordination on timely submission of site progress report.- Co-ordination on-site technical / construction matters and corrective actions.**Requirements**:- Qualification at least Diploma / Degree in Civil, M&E Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Weekend jobsApplication Question(s):- Your last/ current salary?- Your expected salary?- Your age?- When can you start working?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Site Document Controller: 2 years (required)License/Certification:- CIDB card (required)
