Main Responsibilities:
Evaluate the project's buildability and constructability via site surveys and feasibility studies.
Collaborate with specialists on site, such as architects, M&E engineers, and other contractors.
Able to read and interpret the drawings, specifications, and conditions of various types of projects.
Able to provide value engineering solutions and alternative approaches or methods.
Project Planning, Execution and Monitoring by assisting the Project Manager / Project Leader in the planning and sequencing of construction operations in accordance to the Project Safety Quality Plan (PSQP).
Attend to client's representatives, vendors (subcontractors' and suppliers).
Attend / involve in work inspection and Internal Management System (IMS) Conduct Inspection on C&S work done by vendors.
Coordinate the handling over of completed C&S work to the client.
Ensure that updated drawings including shop drawings are used for construction and keep latest records in line with the requirements of IMS.
Attend to C&S rectification works.
Promote occupational HSE to respective workplace personnel / suppliers / sub-contractors / any person that be affected by operation.
Ensure that respective workplace personnel safeguard own safety as well as others person safety when executing company operation.
Ensure that any person operating within the workplace shall comply with applicable statutory requirements and company HSE requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural or equivalent.
Project management experience is necessary.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as schematic, technical drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Be an independent worker capable of listening, understanding, challenging, deciding, coordinating, and following up who also works as a supportive team member.
