Report budget variances to project managers.
Assiduously maintain precise records of all project activities, including daily progress reports, work orders, change orders, and as-built drawings Promptly address and resolve challenges and issues that may arise during construction, proposing viable solutions and making informed decisions to maintain project integrity.
Foster consistent and transparent communication with project stakeholders, including project managers, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
Provide regular progress updates and swiftly address concerns.

Offer expert guidance and technical support to the construction team as needed.
Ensure unwavering adherence to local building codes, permits, and regulations.

The Profile Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in construction or engineering roles with a successful project management history.
Proficient in construction management software, CAD software, and Microsoft Office.
In-depth knowledge of construction codes and standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address construction challenges effectively.
Capable of leading, motivating, and managing a diverse team of construction workers and subcontractors.
