To be eligible for this role, you will require : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in site engineering, specifically in landed housing or building construction projects.Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) and site surveying tools.Experience in overseeing site activities, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring efficient resource management.Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with project managers, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.Willingness to be based in or travel to Seremban as required for project supervision.Tasks & Responsibilities : To supervise and monitor construction progress and costing of assigned project.Monitor implementation of procedures and guidelines by consultants, site staff and sub-contractors.Prepare, plan and arrange for inspection and test for activities as defined.To check construction drawings issued by consultants, highlight discrepancies and get ready for construction.To liaison and coordinate with authorities, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.Assist to resolve technical and site issues.To recommend improvement and modification in design and construction techniques.To attend meetings of consultants, sub-contractors and site staff as and when required.To assist the Project Manager to develop and maintain project quality plan.To coordinate Quality Control Circle (QCC) activities at site and report to Project Manager on status of QCC activities.To assist to compile and prepare reports for record and Management's review.To ensure safety and health requirements are complied.To implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as defined in the Company's Quality Management Systems.To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
