Site Manager

Job Scope 1) Manage construction activities and progress independently, able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements.
2) Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives. 3) Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site works. 4) Resolve design site problems encounter during the construction period. 5) Ensure the quality of work.
6) Responsible for implementing the work plan of the project manager.
7) Prepare daily progress report and work schedule .
8) Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
9) Attend projects meetings.
Requirements 1) 3-4 years of working experiences in construction (infrastructure).
2) Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
3) Effective team player with interpersonal skills and the ability to work with remote teams. 4) Excellent time management and independent decision-making skills.
5) Self-motivated and proactive.
