Site Manager / Project Manager

Due to rapid expansion programs, we invite suitable aggresive candidates to join our team for the follow vacancy:  Responsibilities :  Construction schedule development and input Coordination and direction for all construction matters and issue Monitor the performance of the project from a construction perspective Initate and direct safety and quality audits Overseeing the performance of construction phase of contract commitment to ensure timely execution of work Able to work independently and under presure, strong interpersonal skills and ability to plan, organize and coordinate to exceed company standard.  Manager and Supervisor team of construction employee at site. Requirements: Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering(Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent. Required skill(s): Ms Office, Ms Project, AutoCAD Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, Chinese, English At least 10 year(s) of working exprience in the related field is required for this position.  Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/ Construction/ Structural or equivalent.  Applicants must be willing to be designated at any site.(Outstation & Local) for outstation accomodation would be provided.
