Site Quantity Surveyor

As a Site Quantity Surveyor atPerunding Kos Kinabalu , you will be responsible for managing and handling quantity surveying works at site in theTelupid District Sabaharea.
This full-time role is crucial in ensuring coordinated and successful contract management throughout the project.
What you'll be doing
Carry out site measurement
Carry out site valuation/joint measurement and preparation of interim certificates
Preparation and measurement for variation order
Attending site meetings, joint measurement, and other associated meetings
Provide advice on cost monitoring, contractual disputes, and other QS related works to the site team
Report and coordinate with HQ
Preparation of final account
What we're looking for
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably with experience on site
