Shall take part tender process, prepare tender documents and budget. To be based at project site/s in order to assist project managers to manage. Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation. To track changes to the design and/or construction work and check any variation in quantities. Preparing taking off, bill of quantities, cost estimation, progress claim, subcontractor certificate, quotation, cost analysis, variation order of the on going project. To conduct a joint site walk, check and verify all claims provided by the contractors and/or subcontractors. Measure and value the work done on site. Academic Achievement:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Required skill : MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad. Experience of work : Min. 3 years of working experience in project/site/field.
Sub Specialization : Engineering;Civil Type of Employment : Permanent Minimum Experience : 3 Years Work Location : Penang
