Job Description: Design and implement resilient system architectures to support high availability and scalability.Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripts and tools to reduce manual effort.Monitor and analyse Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to maintain performance standards.Investigate and resolve system issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt and implement SRE best practices.Ensure issues are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across systems, including cloud infrastructure, networks, and applications.Maintain documentation for processes, tools, and incident responses to support team knowledge sharing. Job Requirements: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Golang, or Java, with a focus on operational efficiency.Experience in system architecture and design, prioritising reliability and scalability.Strong understanding of SRE principles such as SLOs, SLIs, and post-mortem processes.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their operational management.Expertise in Linux system administration and troubleshooting performance issues.Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, and infrastructure as code.Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance optimisation methods.Hands-on experience with DevOps frameworks.
